We engaged 2J Interiors’ thru an ID roadshow and we are lucky to have met William! He is such a responsible ID who follow thru our house reno throughout. He provided practical and genuine advice with our interest in mind. As in many reno, there are bound to have hiccups but William has never trouble us but instead provide viable solutions and resolve the issues immediately. He provided us with timely update of schedule as well. The timeline was very tight but William is able to deliver as promise by visiting onsite regularly. We recently completed our home renovation and I want to give a well-deserved shoutout to our Interior Designer, Lorenzo. From the very start, Lorenzo stood out for how attentive he was to every detail of the project. He did not just show up for meetings and disappear. He was genuinely present throughout the entire renovation, keeping a close eye on the work being done by the various contractors on site. What impressed us most was how he handled problems on the ground. Whenever we discovered mistakes made by the plumbers or carpenters, Lorenzo did not just flag it and wait. He stepped in immediately to help rectify the issues, often getting hands-on to improvise solutions when the contractors themselves were unable to meet our requirements. That kind of ownership and initiative is rare, and it made a huge difference to how smoothly the project ran. Overall a very positive experience with them for our home reno. We have cats, so it wasn’t the easiest setup, but they handled it well. They were quite thoughtful during the design stage and suggested things like pet-friendly materials and easy-to-maintain surfaces, which really helped. Also liked the carpentry & storage ideas they proposed. Quality of work is good and finishing came out nicely. Appreciate that they were patient and accommodating throughout, especially with our cats in the picture. Communication was clear and they were responsive whenever we had questions or small issues.
