gotten to know them through a ID platform. though 3 or 4 IDs contacted me for consultations, ended up deciding to give A&A a try. although with tight budget and limited timeframe, A&A proposed and fulfilled to deliver weeks earlier than what other IDs have forecasted in their timeline during ID selection. a definite pluspoint will be that they constantly update you on the progress of the renovation (mine was thru whatsapp) when the contractors are on site (such as before, during and after the day's work, be it demolition or installations) ; hence i dont need to keep being onsite; which is a straight pluspoint for me. through the whole renovation process, they are open to work with your preferences and able to rectify the flaws through the entire process, although some of these flaws were unexpected, one plus point is that they will source out some alternatives to recommend and best cater to your requirements (especially crucial for me cos of my tight budget). i would definitely recommend A&A for: 1) their ability to deliver under such tight timeframe 2) ability to work with a tight budget (definitely not easy to work with my budget after those consultations i went for sure) 3) able to rectify any flaws or defects (be it pre-existing or after-reno recovery) 4) their flexibility if you have any existing ideas you want to work with
