Upon our first meeting, we showed him what renovation we wanted and already he could tell us what would work and what wouldn't work and proposed his idea based on his understanding of what we wanted. One such example was during the renovation planning process, my unit had 2 sliding door openings connecting the master bedroom to the living room and we wanted a solution to have a feature wall and extra inbuilt storage too. All the other interior designers/contractors just went with what we proposed - only Alvin was able to suggest an even better idea to one we thought off!
