no words for can describe how thankful i am to have this blesspace team for our resale home reno. Jake our designer has done a great job for the design the space for us. MR LEE who is the superman who knows everything and assisted in every way possible for us and thanks for settling all our requests and help needed, sending updates on what is happening onsite. Jenny is very responsive and efficient in addressing our admin queries and some adhoc reno related matters. thanks to Carpenter shifu and mr lee's staff for helping with some touchup which we has highlighted. overall very good and pleasant service !! thanks for the patience too💕

Company (previous owned by Mr Lee) was closed down due to debts in the midst of renovation and the whole process was badly delayed (for months!!). New company in under his wife, Jenny. They only have 1 carpenter and 1 worker and which their workmanship, work quality and competency are very poor. Before payment, they are very nice and promising. By the way, they even charged a premium cost! After payment was made, promises were not fulfiled and needed to chase after them for entire work progress. Drawings and measurements have tons of errors! Carpenter made multiples of errors that the carpentry is badly bruised with full of unnecessary drill holes, uneven laminating, poor finishing and wrong alignments! Carpentry was also measured and designed wrongly! Hardware was damaged too! Their worker is not even trained with the skill to apply silicone! Basically, total lack of professionalism and work ethic!!! Hope this review will help others to avoid a renovation trap!

We had a very good experience with Jenny and Mr. Lee throughout the process. Their communication was clear and prompt, and they were always patient in addressing our questions. The service provided was professional and attentive, which made us feel assured at every step. Even though we eventually proceeded with another option, we truly appreciate the effort, time, and guidance given. Highly recommended for their great communication and service.

Because HK.Juan Renovation mentioned "your home, our responsibility" on their Facebook page, and many customers gave them praise and star-rated reviews after the renovation, so we decided to let them design and renovate our new house. During the renovation, when we had any request for details, ID Mr.Darren explained them from a professional perspective and never neglected or ignored them, which made us feel at ease. In addition, the close on-site supervision of the boss Mr.Lee made the entire project completed smoothly and on schedule. Thanks to the professional performance of HK.Juan including the carpenter team. We will recommend to our relatives and friends who are interested in renovating their houses in the future.
