This is one of the nicer industrial buildings I've been to in the area. Everything is straightforward, the carpark is spacious, and the people working here generally do a good job of keeping the building clean. There's also a 24-hour coffeeshop on the ground floor, which makes working late at night a lot more palatable. Just be aware that there are two entrances, so be mindful of that when calling a cab.

Reasonable parking charges. White lots for car and van.. Yellow lots for heavy vehicles. Fair enough.. 15mins Grace period for same entry/exit point. No grace period if you exit different from entrance.

crappy parking system, can understand if some idt wanna take short cut by cutting through and got punished by paying parking fee. however, coming in to drop off and exit the same gantry have no grace period

No grace period car parking. Sent a passenger on 4/11/2025, 7.30pm and I was charged $1.30 even though I exit from the same exit not through AMK Ave 5. This is really too much. All driver please do take note.
