They hears my issue and why I need to do a live-in Reno and came up with unique creatives that takes into consideration of my lifestyle in detail - like foyer cabinet area added a last look mirror and redesign the layout of a very small odd shape bedroom based on my brief. Calista came up with the right configuration and noted my boy do not need a full wardrobe and able to accommodate to add in the spaces he needs and included a good size wardrobe. They are great listeners and truly hears you and not pushy and rush you through their designs and not yours. Their quotations came thru detailing the exact specs that you know you won’t get the “off the cuff and what’s not included later” type of quotes. I am very pleased to have worked with them. With Nic and Vivian as our IDs, communication was excellent throughout the project! They were always prompt in their replies, and the project timeline, milestones, and deadlines were communicated clearly. This made the entire renovation process much less stressful. We also appreciated how flexible and accommodating they were whenever we requested changes during the renovation or rectification works after completion. He gave practical and helpful design suggestions, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. He also did his best to push the renovation schedule to meet our earliest needs, which we truly appreciated. Throughout the renovation, everything went smoothly and there were no major hiccups. The best part was that he settled almost everything for us, so we didn’t have to come down to the site that often. Whenever we needed anything or had questions, he was always responsive and would reply or get back to us as soon as possible. We met with Night on a recommendation of a colleague. From the moment we met him, we could see how meticulous he is and how much he pays attention to detail. During our consultation , he managed to sketch out and almost to-scale drawing of all the details we asked for , bringing our vision to paper. This helped us quickly decide he is the one , we did not even try to meet with another ID after that. Since then, we still stand by our decision .
