We engaged Concrid Interior for the renovation of our second home, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. As first-time renovators, we initially found the process quite daunting due to the number of decisions involved, amidst the tight expected turnaround. However, our designers, Qing Yun and Fendi, demonstrated a strong understanding of our brief from our first meeting during the Qanvast Hangout and guided us through each stage with patience and clarity. Their responsiveness and attention to detail gave us confidence throughout the project. The renovation was completed within approximately two months, and the final outcome reflects our vision very closely. We were particularly impressed by how accurately the 3D renderings translated into the completed space. Overall, the process was well-managed and the result is a home that is both functional and aligned with our aesthetic preferences. We highly recommend Concrid Interior (especially Qing Yun and Fendi!) to homeowners seeking a reliable and professional renovation partner.

We engaged Angelia from Concrid to work on our BTO renovation. From the start, we felt that Angelia went above and beyond many other interior designers in terms of effort, creating very detailed and visually illustrative proposals/mock-ups for us to easily visualize her design at a very early stage. She also intuitively understood most of our design preferences and was able to anticipate and suggest details that aligned really well with what we were looking for, sometimes without us even having to mention it. In terms of the actual renovation process, we found it to generally be smooth. Angelia was responsive and responsible in coordinating contractors and timelines. Although we did face hiccups and issues along the way, she did not hesitate to acknowledge issues and make immediate rectifications when they were found, which is more than can be said for other IDs. Overall, we were really happy with how our house turned out, given our short timeline and modest budget! We would strongly recommend Angelia/Concrid for any homeowners looking for an ID to work with.

From the very first meeting, Fendi stood out for his design instinct. He understood our brief quickly and translated it into renders that actually matched what we had in our heads, no easy feat when we started without a mood board.
