It is long overdue but it is the right time, after moving in our renovated apartment 8 months ago. I was a newbie with no clue in reno, and heard many unhappy experiences. Thus, was extra careful in ID selection. Starting with HomeMatch as the ID search platform, I was matched with 5-7 IDs according to my styles. Ultimately Design Avenue's Marx Tian, was able to hit all the nails. He presented a 3D plan, and make sensible suggestions and adjustment just like that during our discussions. He has to made multiple alterations accommodating this undecisive newbie. I also posted many questions regarding the material, processes etc, similarly to the contract, payment schedule etc. All managed patiently and accommodatively. During the reno, he has helped me tremendously with the furniture, bathroom and kitchen accessories, house hold appliances' selections from measurement, color to functional practicalities. Today, liking every corner of the space, cabinets, lightings and overall design of our unit still. Thanks Marqx for a comfortable home. And a rather enjoyable journey.
