We had a great experience working with Frank from Design Story as our interior designer. He was able to clearly bring our ideas to life while also offering helpful suggestions along the way. Communication was smooth throughout — he was always prompt and responsive, which gave us a lot of confidence during the renovation process. Our renovation timeline was quite tight at 4 weeks, especially with Chinese New Year in between, but Frank managed everything efficiently and delivered on time without any delays.
