He made the effort to come down personally on multiple weekdays to ensure the workers were clear on what needed to be done and that everything was progressing smoothly. He also paid attention to the finishing details, making sure the space was clean and properly handed over. He had demonstrated professionalism, clear communication, with a very positive attitude throughout. The entire process was smooth and well-organized and we were constantly provided detailed updates on the renovation progress along the way, giving us confidence and a peace of mind. What stood out most was their commitment to understanding our needs. They were always willing to listen and never imposed their own ideas. Instead, they offered honest, thoughtful and practical suggestions based on their experiences, including ways to help us save costs, which we greatly appreciated. Their transparency and sincerity made a meaningful difference. Kim also show strong ownership and responsibility. When we encountered a water seepage issue on one of our walls, he stepped up to engage with the Town Council officers and contractors alongside us to work towards a proper resolution. This level of initiative is very reassuring. We were also very impressed by his attention to detail - he proactively identified defects and ensured that they were rectified promptly without any question, even when we had not noticed them ourselves. The workmanship across all areas, that includes wet works, tiling, electrical, carpentry and painting was of excellent quality. in addition, the quotation provided was also reasonable and fair. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with both the results and the entire renovation experience, thank you once again to Elton and Kim for the excellent work well done! 💯

We engaged E Modern for our full house renovation, and our designer Elvin Lim has been a great help throughout the entire process. Although there were some hiccups along the way due to third-party vendors we engaged separately, Elvin went out of his way to assist and liaise with them to make sure everything went smoothly. Elvin also gave us lots of creative ideas and good suggestions when it came to choosing our home design and colours, which really helped bring our dream home to life. We truly appreciate how he always takes the time to communicate with us and follow up closely, especially whenever we have questions or doubts. His patience, responsibility, and genuine care really made the renovation journey a lot less stressful. Overall, we’re very happy with the end result and grateful for his dedication. Amazing job by e modern and ID Vegan. Very meticulous with details, open to ideas and flexible with timelines. After care service is also good, always willing to help fix issues even after handover. I highly recommend Vegan if you are looking for an ID you can trust to deliver on your expectations.
