Oh yes, did I forget to mention that their workmanship especially carpentry is solid? There were minimal rectification works despite this being a large job!

1. water pipe burst after moving in
2.toilet leak waterproofing and water trap not done properly 2 years later have to redo master toilet
3.Dodge responsibility
4. Tiles not smooth in kitchen and living room
5. Had a hard time dealing with him.
