Me and my wife recently bought our new abode few months prior and stumbled upon Hatch after engaging Redbricks to assist us in finding a preferred partner to design our new home. The first meeting with Jaecee and Sean was eye catching and full of positivity as they , while not trying to hard sell, were engaging and full of ideas and adamant not to break our budget on hand. After a few meetups with other IDS, we decided to engage Hatch and we couldn’t be more thrilled. Jaecee and Seans chemistry was apparent and it’s was beneficial for us homeowners as their ideas and suggestions were top notch and align with the theme we had in mind. Most importantly, as mentioned, our budget was well respected . During the works proper, they updated us constantly and gave ample ideas when roadblocks was encountered . Timeline was followed and their professionalism and eye for detail were meticulous. It was a pleasure to engage them and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend others for their services . Kudos!

We had a very pleasant experience working with our ID Sean from Hatch Design. From the very beginning, Sean was extremely responsive and always replied quickly whenever we needed help or had questions, which gave us a lot of assurance throughout the renovation process. What we really appreciated about him was his patience and attention to detail. He took the time to explain everything clearly step by step, going through all the details with us and making sure we understood before moving forward. Even when we had many questions, he never rushed us and was always professional and calm. During the renovation, Sean was proactive in updating us on the progress and quick to resolve any issues that came up on-site. His fast response and efficient handling gave us a lot of peace of mind. I hired Amanda and Jaecee from Hatch Design for my full home renovation and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. I was managing the project from overseas, and their professionalism and communication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Amanda kept me updated regularly with photos and progress and prompt responses to any questions and concerns. Despite the time difference, they made sure I was involved and informed of the progress. The Reno was completed on time before I’m back from overseas and most importantly within my budget with great attention and detail. I highly recommend them to anyone if you are looking for one. Daniel and Amanda were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They were incredibly easy to communicate with and always open to discussing ideas. What I appreciated most was their ability to truly understand my needs and translate them into a design that was perfect for my space. The project was completed on time, which was a huge plus. They even went above and beyond, recommending paint colors that perfectly complemented the overall design, even though it wasn't part of their scope of work. The result is a super cozy home that our family loves to stay.

My colleague intro us to Hatch Design Studio. Upon reaching the showroom, We thought it was a cafe as it was so nicely done and the environment was so chilled. Decided to engage their Senior Designer Sky for our resale flat as he is very patience and responsive. During the reno, I decided to pop by without informing and I saw Sky clearing rubbish so that anyone in the unit can work in a safe environment which I think that’s really a responsible ID. No renovation is perfect but Sky is always there first in line to resolved all the problems with alternate options for us. Everyone talks about reno nightmare but I am really glad I met Sky. He is a solid one, a big shoutout to Sky. Thank you for you and your team hardwork.
