Kelvin is a very professional & responsible renovation ID. During the design stage, he gave good ideas for our consideration and provided detailed breakdown in his quotation & his costs are reasonable. During the renovation, he will provide regular on-site updates with photos or videos. If there are any unexpected problems encountered(& there are many we encountered due to previous shoddy renovation done), he will provide options and discuss with us for our decision before proceeding. We found him to be very patient & responsive to our requests. He managed the schedule very closely to be on time. With his close attention to details, we are very pleased with the final renovation results. Overall he has done an excellent job & and we fully recommend him to anyone considering him for renovation jobs.
