Our aesthetic preferences were very aligned with our designer (Kim & Jian Wei) which made the entire design process smooth and enjoyable. They were also incredibly patient with us throughout multiple design iterations, ensuring every detail was thoughtfully refined. The project team led by YC was friendly, professional, and highly reliable. The timeline provided was accurate and well-managed. They never pressured us into making rushed decisions, but they were proactive in reminding us whenever something required urgent attention, which we really appreciated. One of the key reasons we are especially pleased with their service is their professionalism in communicating carpentry works through detailed 2D drawings. This significantly reduced miscommunication and gave us confidence that everything would be built according to plan. YC and the team were very responsive throughout the entire process, especially Daniel, who promptly addressed our feedback and queries (even after working hours) to ensure everything was carried out as discussed. Designer Kim also understood exactly what we were looking for in a home and translated it well into the design. The team was approachable and easy to communicate with, especially when things didn’t turn out as expected. They stepped in quickly to problem-solve, clearly explaining why certain decisions or adjustments had to be made. Overall, our home turned out to be about 90% true to Kim’s original 3D design, and we’re very happy with the final outcome.
