I had an excellent experience with the HD Reno team. I placed a bespoke order for my bathroom vanities under very tight timeframes, and their customer service was outstanding from start to finish. They provided professional, prompt advice and actioned everything extremely quickly and efficiently. The pricing was great, delivery was surprisingly fast, and the product quality is excellent. Everything about my experience with the HD team has been fantastic. Highly recommend!

Absolutely appalling service from start to finish. We paid approximately $150 for delivery of two cabinets and the experience was unbelievably unprofessional. The delivery guy couldn’t even figure out how to ring the doorbell, so I went down. He then struggled to handle the boxes properly, repeatedly pulling them off the dolly, awkwardly carrying them up two small steps, then putting them back on again instead of taking them one-by-one and simply manoeuvring the dolly correctly. He then realised there was a ramp available the entire time. It was painful to watch and did not inspire confidence. Once the boxes were inside, I noticed grass on them and a strong smell of dog faeces. After inspecting them further, I discovered the driver had clearly dragged or placed the boxes in dog waste while unloading them from the truck. The cabinets are not being installed for a few weeks, so I’m now left either having to unpack everything early to check and clean it, or deal with boxes contaminated with dog faeces sitting in my house. To make matters worse, when I called to raise the issue, I was met with complete apathy and some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. No ownership, no genuine concern, and no attempt to properly resolve the situation. She kept wanting to defer to “first floor delivery only” which was never stated in the delivery terms AND she failed to grasp the concept that first floor delivery still would have resulted in boxes delivered with faeces, which was what I was actually calling to complain about. An incredibly frustrating experience overall and a very poor reflection on the company. I would strongly recommend others think twice before using this service.

Thank you to Ricco and team for my amazing kitchen reno! Ricco definitely delivered on my vision and goal and nothing was an issue for him and his team. With all my questions and changes he remained patient and was able to pivot and deliver exceptional craftsmanship and service.

Can't recommend Luca, Mia and the team at HD reno highly enough. They sourced the product I required within the hour (on a Saturday), and had it delivered by Tuesday. Super helpful when responding to my various questions - the service was excellent. Thank you!
