Thanks to my ID, Reeve for turning our ideas into drawing, to layout, and lastly to our dream house! It is not easy to have reliable contractors and carpenters that work closely with the ID, and deliver their very best artwork to customers. We were so glad to have the best team to work on our renovation! Besides, it was indeed a super tight schedule, but Reeve made his promises by assuring the renovation completed within the required timeframe. Thanks to him again!

Thank you Liz and Pat for a good job well done. I was going through a few ID films at tradehub and saw Interior Times. I was served by Pat, who then introduced Liz as his working partner, they worked as a team. They went through their design for us and we are quite happy with it. Being quite picky, I went through a few rounds of IDs before selecting them. Reason being, they are very accommodating to our needs and requests, I still remember they were overseas when I have a few questions on the quotation and they literally worked overseas and passed me the quote over midnight even though I have yet to select them. I felt their sincerity even though i do not have a very big budget for them. During the process, there were some delays due to year end and I do understand but they still tried their best to deliver. Very appreciative of it. They were very responsive to me and my wife which is something I like about them. Overall the process is a smooth and comfortable one. I will definitely recommend them to my friends in the future.

It's my first time to do renovation and I had my share of worries of finding a rotten ID. But Jason, the ID, did a good job, if not fantastic! He patiently explained a lot about renovation to me and managed my expectations very well. He also accepted changes that I brought up. There were hiccups along the way but the end result was simply amazing!

Engage with Catherine from interiortimes for my new home renovation, as I have no much idea what theme I looking for, the only thing I know is I want a spacious and bright house. And I am really glad that I trust and have her as my id, because the whole house from choice of tiles design, colours of my sofa and dining table to colours of the cabinets I let cath do the planning. Had look for a few contractor and designer ended decided to engage with Interior Times even when I see there's some bad reviews but after meeting the ID Subas had decided to let him handle my house. He was helpful in my reno journey. And my queries were answered almost immediately. He listened to my ideas, gave me advices and gave his inputs to make it better. Will also update me with the house progress with photos too. There might have some delays during the process, but always manage to help me chase the contractor to settle it fast. Overall satisfied with the experience with them. Highly recommended. Importantly, there were No hard selling and no hidden costs.
