We engaged Joy n Life for our resale flat renovation and couldn't be happier with the outcome. Our ID Regina is patient and constantly finding the best solutions to our many requirements. I love how she designed the cove lighting to separate our living room and kitchen while blending the spaces at the same time. The creativity put into the dresser for a lady with too many accessories was also a pleasant surprise and good balance of functionality. Our project managers Kaze and Xavier kept the entire renovation on track from commencement to handover. Minor hiccups in renovations are inevitable but they are always fast to jump back into resolutions. They patiently answer all questions, discuss issues on site in detail (mainly measurement problems) and have very positive attitude at work. No rude surprises for us, it was quite a smooth sailing journey, which is what every first time home owners would hope for. The workmanship is great and the finishing details showed real care. Clean handover and smooth defects check/rectification leaves us finishing the project on a good note. We love how our place came together so quickly. Thank you team Joy & Life!
