We engaged Monomer Studio to help design and renovate our 4-room BTO. Am incredibly grateful and happy with the work Ezann and Bryan did for us. From the get go, Ezann understood what design and theme we were going for. The interior design she created for us is both aesthetically pleasing and functional with a lot of storage space. There was a lot of consideration for our day to day lifestyle and what we prioritised that shaped the overall design of the place. Her eye for detail and colour matching is excellent, we often relied on her to advise us on what materials and colour would suit our theme. Bryan helped with the project management side of things. His experience and expertise really shone through especially when it came to coordination of various contractors. He provided us with frequent updates (through pictures, videos and texts) and this made us confident that our house renovation was in safe hands. The different stages of renovation was laid out in a very precise timeline document and the renovation/handover was exactly as per the stated timeline. As first-time home owners, there were many things that we were unsure or unaware of. Am very thankful for the patience and guidance Ezann and Bryan provided along every step of the way. Communication with them was also very smooth. They always responded to our queries promptly and would always take the initiative to follow-up with us on things. No regrets engaging Monomer for our 4rm resale! Victor and Limin worked closely with us throughout the reno duration and also communicated clearly the timeline and timely updates on the renovation process. They also listened to our design requirements and help ensure that we didnt go beyond our budget and are upfront on the costs included for reno and the costs we as home owners need to pay (like light fixtures, realignment of kitchen gas pipes, aircon re-routing, etc.). They also provided valuable design advice, design materials, lighting and design layout amongst many others. I personally recommend Monomer for your reno needs. As first-time homeowners, we were honestly quite nervous about the whole renovation process — timeline, workmanship, cost, and whether we’d end up with a home that actually feels like “us”. We’re so glad we engaged this ID team. Our designer Ezann was amazing from the start. After the renovation, Bryan also took the initiative to come down for a site visit after we moved in to check on everything, ensure there were no defects, and address any touch-ups needed. That after-sales follow up gave us a lot of peace of mind. Overall, the experience was smooth, professional, and reassuring — exactly what first-time homeowners need.
