We engaged Niche Koncept for our 5-room BTO renovation, and choosing them was truly one of the best decisions we made. From the very start, we were impressed by how well thought-out the 3D design was—and even more amazed by how accurately and beautifully it was brought to life. The final outcome not only met but far exceeded our expectations. Our home has received countless compliments from friends and relatives, which really speaks to the quality of their work. While there were some hiccups and rectification works along the way, Justina was consistently prompt, professional, and extremely responsive in addressing our concerns. What really stood out was how she went above and beyond—she even paid out of her own pocket to ensure that the final outcome was up to her own high standards and expectations. That level of dedication and integrity is truly rare. Justina also has an excellent eye for colour coordination and design. Her recommendations elevated the overall look and feel of our home, making it both stylish and comfortable. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the entire renovation journey and the end result.
