As our renovation timeline fell during the CNY period, we were worried about manpower & cost. But Jalen was able to make our dream home happen. I met a scammer contractor before him so I was very skeptical. The itemised quotation, the clear schedule, his promptness in response & MOST IMPORTANTLY, in rectification (if any) assured us & we were able to move into our dream home without any delay. I have since recommended him to my brother & similarly, the company delivered beyond expectations. I will ONLY recommend Our Interior Pte Ltd from now on. Talked to quite a few IDs before deciding to go with Jalen and his team: on the first meeting, Jalen got what we were looking for immediately and really impressed us with his space planning! Lots of space maximization hacks, and he really designed the space according to our lifestyle habits. It's been a really smooth renovation process, with everything moving along very quickly. Any small frictions (e.g. Changing placement of light switch, adding new light, wrong basin delivered) was also very quickly resolved during the process. Definitely recommend Our Interior, especially as Jalen has been really fantastic in addressing the small concerns we've had post-renovation.

Jalen was excellent partner to engage with he delivered what he has promised and provided fantastic after sales service too! He tried his best to deliver the project punctually despite of several barriers and issues encountered during the process and provided valuable opinions and knowledges to us and told us what was possible to be done and what we should re consider and he tried his very best to merge our ideas into his design and ultimate end products was extremely amazing💚

Jalen first impressed me by remembering my requirements from our initial conversation. His subsequent presentation on the quotation was also detailed, patient and upfront when met with my queries. He was forthcoming when I asked him about minor defects and was quick to get them fixed. Even post renovation, he was also helpful to send his guys down when my bedroom door was not functioning properly. Overall, there were no major hiccups for my renovation and I am pleased with his services.
