Jun Wei advised us professionally about what is realistically possible, and recommended colors and designs that are beautiful for our home. He is also flexible to take in ideas for our house design, as well as giving us ease to have him liaise with our appliance suppliers during delivery. The company is transparent about the works done, kept to the timeline, communicated timely and clearly if there was any issues for all the works done. They also offered a very reasonable package as compared with other renovation ID services. Highly recommended with good service!

We engaged them for full renovation of our two toilets. When we decided to engage them, we placed an expectation for our toilets to be completed within 2 weeks. We are satisfied with the work done within the two weeks. However, due to external factors such as hari raya celebrations, certain works were delayed which lengthened the duration of the renovation to about a month. Despite this, the quality of services provided were still beyond our expectations.

Engaged them to reno my 4rm resale. Normal stuffs like hacking, tiling of whole house, special stuff like building up of recess area, leveling, wall, main door, windows etc. no doubt there will be hiccups and mistakes but the main thing is once issue is brought up, like there was a protruding screw at window installation and window rubber was torn, things are resolve, was it the next day? No la, manage expectations la but eventually everything was resolve to what we expect and want and i think thats very impt, me and wife engaged simon and ken for the project, were they the cheapest? Not really, think casa was the cheapest, but i like their company name and its new so no gst. So fair had a good experience and had recc to a few of my friends. Cheers!

My parents were looking to redo their toilets, although they didn't realise that the changes didn't require an ID, the ID that came down advised them accordingly regarding what they wanted, the design, the measurements, how to go about getting the sink/toilet bowl changed and delivered. Instead of simply trying to push as much changes and overhauls, he came down to take a look and didnt even charge for the consultation. Very professional, will likely engage again when house needs some major overhauls/ID work
