My renovation budget with Daryl was not huge as I got keys to a new condo that came with most things, but we never felt depriortized compared to his other larger projects that he might have ongoing. He was always responsive and willing to own the end-to-end renovation process, even if some of it was not part of his obligations (e.g. overseeing my own sourced painters). The outcome was really beautiful and we got our dream hotel looking home! The carpentry standard was very good and there was no major issues that pushed back our timeline either. We engaged Daryl to do carpentry for our 4 room BTO and we appreciated his advice on spatial planning, design and project management. Daryl also went out of his way to bring us to a number of laminate showrooms throughout Singapore and even provided recommendations on what laminate to go for and why.
