Engaged Leonard for our Second home renovation... First BTO also from him (6yrs ago) Definitely a trusted ID, he is always patient, detailed guy. Guiding us step by step on what we need to get, he will settle all backend for us. Eventho there are hidcup on flooring, as we are doing Epoxy flooring. But he never fail to submit back on time. For first timer who are afraid or not sure which ID firm to look for. This guy here is definitely your search. Engaged Nathaniel Gan by my wife who search high and low for a trustable ID and we are super pleased and glad we went with Nathaniel. Not only is he super responsible and attentive, he goes the extra miles making sure all the work process and delivery are on time even when he is oversea. As our budget was not high, it did not affect at all his services and attitude towards us which makes us very grateful since reaffirmed our decision. As i am a collector so i have very specific requirements and concern for my prized collection and Nathaniel tooks the effort to listen and make sure he gets it right. The point that makes my wife & I super pleased with Nathaniel is that he is no afraid to tell us no and disagree with us when it comes to certain design or applications we are want to install, he will followed up with the pros and cons and eventually we will make the final say but atleast he point it out first and not blindly just being a YES man. We would like to thank our Interior Designer Dylan Tan. He is willing to listen to our needs and accommodate to our requests. From material selection to choosing the right colors, Dylan has been very patient and professional. He provided many great ideas and we really love our new home.

It was the right choice to select Redefine Interior Design. Working with Johnny on our ideal house was a pleasure. He is quick to address any problems, responsive, and patient. He set up a study spot in our living room despite its little size. The property has a great ambiance, and the price is right. I heartily endorse them!
