I had a really terrible experience at Mi Casa Condominium. The security officer’s attitude was honestly ridiculous. It was raining cats and dogs, yet I was told to park at the open carpark and walk all the way in to complete my delivery. No shelter, no flexibility, no basic common sense. Completely inconsiderate. This kind of management is seriously unacceptable. Treating delivery drivers like this is just plain disrespectful. Very frustrating experience definitely one of the worst I’ve encountered. Management really needs to wake up and fix this.

The Security Supervisor and Officer are NOT good at enforcement over vehicle control! On 15th February 2023, at about 1300hrs there were a long Queue of lorry and van going into the MI CASA condo. The vehicle had jammed up the road and behind cars had to wait till they finish their verification individually. The guards were unfriendly and rude as I tried to enter the resident lane when the other were jam up by the delivery van and lorry. I suggest management should look into how to better educated the officers on Access control and Customer service! They serve the first impression for visitors and other people coming into the condo! Good luck and be more considerate for others. Mr Security officer and Supervisor!

I visited Mi Casa for collecting Eggless cakes from Shwetali,S& N cakes. It is a beautiful condominium near to CCK MRT Station. There is Lot 1 shopping mall at CCK MRT Station and a bus interchange as well so this condominium is located at a convenient place near to amenities.

poor management, I don't know why the residents here should pay for management fees, like third world country's apartment
