As a homeowner, the primary expectation is for a property to be completed professionally and delivered as agreed. Unfortunately, after nearly two years of requesting rectifications from Beny for various damages, the issues remain unresolved. Recent incidents have highlighted a significant lack of oversight; for instance, a worker dented a bed frame while replacing a mirror and failed to report it, while another attempted to use a hammer directly on floor tiles. While Beny possesses strong design talent, the execution and site management have been consistently poor. My home was handed over with multiple scratches, cracks, and damaged fixtures. Given the lack of progress and the disregard for my property, I am now formally pursuing this matter through legal channels to protect my contractual rights.
