The Alchemists Design

We engaged The Alchemists Design for our renovation journey, and as clueless first-time homeowners, we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our home turned out exactly how we envisioned it! A HUGE shoutout to our ID, Fairoz, for guiding us throughout the entire process. We went for scandinavian theme, and he really understood our needs and brought our ideas to life effortlessly. Even our friends who came over kept complimenting the house especially the rock panel with the lightings below our countertop. Safe to say it’s everyone’s favourite spot (and ours too!! 😂) Oh yes, and the curve design for both of our bathroom! Love it 😍 Super thankful for all your hard work, Fairoz! We had an excellent experience working with Zhen Yang as our interior designer. From the very beginning, he demonstrated great professionalism, creativity, and dedication in bringing our vision to life. His attention to detail and design expertise truly exceeded our expectations, and the final outcome was both beautiful and practical. Our first home and we entrusted the renovation to Zhen Yang. He is a responsible ID and very responsive, patient to all our questions and requests. He planned the works super well such that there is minimal delays in between. He went the extra mile to help us install some soft furnishing and gave us good advices and tips. Sure there will be hiccups during reno, but Zhen Yang managed it well. We want to take this chance to thank him for his hard work to ensure our house is nicely and properly handed to us. Thank you!!

It was indeed a delight, and à breeze to have Ivonne Goh on board as our ID. From the get go, to planning, design, and execution, Ivonne was steadfast in her response. She knew what we had wanted during the brief, and her 3D designs were done up so professionally, with very minimal amendments. We feel there was a lot of work chemistry between us, and she is not only creative in design, but also a great advisor for what we could improve on design specifications. Ivonne had met our very tight renovation timeline, and the works were of high grade and quality. It also helped greatly that Ivonne works with a team of very dedicated contractors (tiling, partition, carpentry, piping, electrical and wiring, painting and demolition). Not only did they completed their areas of specialities within the tight schedule, they were always available for any last minute rectifications and improvements. Some even went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable with the end results. They are stars in their areas, and we could see their dedication through their great works. Ivonne and team had indeed gone the extra mile, completed the works on time, and went beyond the design expectations. My family is very happy with the overall result. Thank you once again, and I’m sure the team will do very well in all near future projects.
