Highly recommended!!! I had a great experience working with ID Kelvin Sim from The Metis Designers Firm. Kelvin was very accommodative and flexible with our changing requirements as due to our tight budget constraint and changing requirement. He has efficiency planned and executed the renovation within a tight timeframe and the quality of their products was marvellous, although there were a few areas where the finishing could have used some minor touch-ups. Overall, my parents and I are happy to engage of the design Kelvin have design for us. Once again Kudos to Mr Kelvin Sim.

Kelvin was really patient and an eye for design. Budget discussion: Kelvin was upfront about all the costs. He would suggest alternatives so that we could get as much of our preference in within our budget. Design and material selection: even during this phase we made certain drastic change to the design and Kelvin managed to handle all that. We also made multiple trips to select tiles, lights etc just to make sure we weren’t making impulsive decisions. During renovation: he would give us constant updates on the status. When there are parts that we weren’t satisfied with, he would make arrangement for rectification to take place ASAP. Post renovation: even now when we spot any imperfection we can always drop Kelvin a text and he would arrange for the guys to come up for a fix. Renovation is a very tedious journey and having Kelvin around as a designer, project manager and oversight really helped in ensuring nothing would take us by surprise.
