Second time engaging Alan from AC Vision for my house reno. Very satisfied with their service and despite the tight timeline, Alan managed to handover earlier than the expected timeline and the best part is, I do not need to worry anything about the reno. Alan handled and managed everything for me and will provide me with a timely update on the progess of the renovation. Will recommend Alan to anyone who is looking for a reliable ID to do their renovation.

I engaged AC Vision after meeting several interior designers, and my experience with Jonathan and Nikki has been largely positive. From the start, they were transparent and professional — clearly explaining their package and contract, and providing a detailed, line-by-line quotation that laid out the costs openly. Even before I committed, they prepared a draft 3D design proposal, which many other firms wouldn’t do at that stage. They were accommodating with changes and gave helpful suggestions, especially around color combinations and layout ideas. Revisions were handled smoothly. When comparing quotes with other IDs and what my friends paid for similar units, I found AC Vision’s pricing to be reasonable. While the initial quote might seem slightly higher, their CaseTrust accreditation and Jonathan’s honest, transparent communication gave me confidence. Throughout the renovation, I received regular video updates, and any issues were flagged early. Jonathan also honored the warranty and resolved defects within a reasonable timeframe. Workmanship and quality were good — they used materials such as solid plywood with ABS trimming, which some other firms may charge extra for with a lower upfront cost. That said, there were a couple of hiccups. One of my ceiling lights went missing during the process. I also noticed two of the workers threw cigarette butts into my balcony area. However, Nikki and Johnathan acknowledged and took ownership of the issue, apologized and compensated the missing ceiling light. While the main renovation works were done properly, there’s some room for improvement in enforcing site discipline among workers. All in all, I’d still recommend AC Vision Design for their professionalism, transparency, and willingness to take ownership. Just be firm on site supervision and housekeeping expectations.

Alan is a very responsible, experienced, and efficient interior designer who made my renovation journey smooth and reassuring from start to end. He consistently responds quickly to my questions, no matter how small, and always takes the time to understand and address my concerns thoroughly. His professionalism and attention to detail gave me a lot of confidence throughout the process. What i appreciated most was his ability to manage the project efficiently, coordinating everything behind the scenes so that i didn’t have to worry. The renovation progressed with minimal delays, and I am always updated and well taken care of. Alan’s dedication and reliability truly set him apart. I am grateful for his hard work and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an ID they can genuinely trust.

This is my first time renovating a flat. A friend recommended AC Vision. Here's what happened: - The initial plan seemed fine, but they outsourced to multiple contractors with little oversight. I ended up having to coordinate and troubleshoot with various contractors, which was challenging as a first-timer 😅. - Limited design inputs, no 3D visuals - just a few template images provided. In the end, it will cause many inconveniences. - all the communication thru WhatsApp, and have to push the timeline for each item and installation, sometimes also missed the critical info and made un-reworkable issues, the experiences are not so good. - It felt more like project management than actual interior design. If you're looking for a professional design or custom pattern, you may skip.
